I purchased a new Chieftain Dark Horse and couldn't be happier! Rob and I did most of our business over the phone and through email as I live two hours from the shop. Even with the distance, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Today I went and signed the paperwork and got familiar with the bike. An equally good experience! Everything was as discussed, and there were no surprises. My bike will be delivered on Tuesday and I can't wait to get it out on the road.
