I came in looking for a certain bike in my price range, and found one slightly higher in price that I loved. Rob quickly gave me his full attention and care. I had a price in mind that I would be happy with and he did what he could to make it happen. Even with a few road blocks he stayed late on a Saturday to help me get the bike that day.
