Thanks to Rob, we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our recent Harley purchase. From start to finish, Rob was always on top of our concerns and questions, providing the answers we needed, pointing us toward whoever could answer or following up on the phone to see how we were doing. He honestly had customer satisfaction in mind. This purchase is my second from Brenny's, the first in the 1970s, and that bike is still in the family. We received the same high-level sales and service treatments this time, as we did 50 years ago. It stands to reason why Brenny's continues to provide sales and service in the QCA and beyond throughout all these years.
