While searching the internet for a bike for my sons graduation gift, I just happened to stumble upon Brennys Motorcycle Clininc and sent an email inquiring about a Suzuki GSX250R they have listed on their website. Expecting the usual animosity towards internet inquiries and questions, I was pleasantly surprised when Rod Clement, from Brennys, promptly and courteously replied. His email was polite, informative and devoid of the typical sales gimmicks associated with online sales. He didnt automatically insist to call him if I wanted additional information or created a false pretense of an impending sale of the bike in order to quickly close the deal. Rod sensed I was still looking and just needed basic information to decide on a purchase. Rods offer was excellent and after mentioning the convenient tax, title and licensing process that they offer for out of state buyers, I knew I found the right place. Rods professionalism, Brennys fair and transparent pricing along with the convenient tax, tile and fee processing for out of state buyers, made buying from Brennys the smart move. When I finally stepped inside the dealership and met Rod, I knew I made the right choice. Knowing I just travelled over 2 hours, Rod quickly asked if I needed something to drink and if theres anything, I needed to get comfortable. While waiting to complete the paperwork, I mentioned to Rod that the bike was my sons graduation gift and he was excitedly waiting by our uHaul van. While waiting for the final details of the sales to be completed, Rod quickly rode the bike out to my son and helped him get acquainted with it. My son was ecstatic and later-on mentioned how Rod was as excited as he was about the bike plus really nice and helpful while going through the features of it. Rods enthusiasm did not stop there, he generously helped my son correctly load the bike into the van and gave him pointers on how to properly secure it. After thanking us for the sale and wishing us a safe trip home, he whole heartedly wished my son the best on his new bike and cheerfully reminded him to ride safe. As we drove away from the dealership, my son said Dad, when I outgrow this bike, thats definitely where I am going to buy my next one. To Rod and everyone at Brennys Motorcycle Clinic, THANK YOU AND A JOB WELL DONE! (Employee: Rod Clement)
