I had been looking for a pre-owned Kawasaki Nomad for a awhile and found this one on Cycletrader.com. I sent a request as to the status of this bike expecting to receive an email response sometime later. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from Brady that afternoon. He was very easy to talk to and did a great job answering any of the questions I had at that time. After thinking about this bike and the fact that it was over 300 miles away I called Brady and asked how I might be able to proceed since I didn't want to drive that far for no reason. This was Wednesday afternoon and he told me that since I wanted to come up on Friday he would set it aside for me. When I got there on Friday Brady was busy with another customer so he had Rob Henry take care of me. I can say without any doubt that Rob is the kind of salesman that is a joy to work with. He made me feel very comfortable and appreciated as a customer plus he worked to get me the best deal that he could. I've purchased bikes from multiple dealers over the years and this was the best buying experience by far. If I was able to own a motorcycle dealership I would want employees like Brady and Rob.
